Yes, and not as an afterthought. Most curries, salads and wok dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan — we swap fish sauce and shrimp paste for soy and mushroom seasoning. Just tell your server.

Many dishes are naturally gluten-free — Thai curries, most salads, grilled seafood and rice dishes. Soy sauce and oyster sauce contain gluten, so tell us and we will adapt the dish or suggest another.
